My name is Leon and I am interested in the apartment with 2+ bedrooms

I will be hopefully moving to Groningen in 2023 from Poland with my close friend Karoline, I will be studying Physics and she is going to study applied Mathematics. We are excited about this opportunity and we believe this apartment would be perfect for us. Moreover, we are both quiet, tidy and ambitious and we will make sure the apartment will be taken care of. If the apartment is for 3 people we may find an additional roommate if that's fine by you.

Since we will be students we can of course provide a payment guarantee from our parents, and all necessary documentation. If you would like an additional guarantor from the Netherlands we have close friends of my family currently living in Venlo that can vouch for us.

I would like to arrange a viewing for the apartment, if possible I would prefer it to be online since I am not currently in the Netherlands.
